Orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. Once processed, you will receive another notification when your order has shipped. Orders can be shipped via USPS or UPS, and generally take 1-3 business days. 

We take your health seriously, and are taking all the necessary precaution such as practicing hand hygiene, disinfecting stations and packages and handing your product care

If you opt for the UPS Next Day Air® orders must be placed by 8:00am to shipped the same day. 

 

Domestic Shipping Delivery Times:

USPS First Class: 1-3 Business Day Delivery.

Please Note: First Class Shipping is not guaranteed as we are not responsible for any delays caused by the USPS. Please allow a 1-3 business day time frame for us to process your order from the day the order is placed. 

We are not responsible for any orders lost in transit nor are we responsible for any damages that may be caused while in transit via USPS. If your package is lost, please contact your nearest USPS post office to provide them with the tracking number provided to you once your item has shipped.

While we will do our best to accommodate, we can guarantee we will be able to replace your package because it was lost, it is a risk we all take when ordering online. It is rare but be aware this can happen.

If you would like to request a SIGNATURE REQUIREMENT. Please include it in the notes of your order and so you can ensure your package gets delivered safely.

If an item is found to be no longer in stock from your order date, we will issue a refund for that item at the time of shipment and inform you immediately. Please allow a standard 7-10 business days to see the refund post to your bank account.

In an effort to expedite shipping, your shipment may be divided. You will not be charged additional shipping on those orders but you will receive a separate tracking number and notification once your item has shipped. 

UPS Next Day Air®: Guaranteed delivery by 12:00 noon or 1:30 p.m. where weekday shipments are delivered by 10:30 a.m. or 12:00 noon, respectively, based on destination. 

A kind reminder: To ensure that items will be received, orders must be placed by 8:00am to ensure items are shipped the same day.

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, email us at returns@tianabayboutiques.com with your order information. We will send you a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Please allow up to 1-3 business days to process your return. Once your product is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval and automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please note it may take time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

We have the right to reject your return if it does not meet our policy standard. 

No returns for final sale items. All lingerie and bodysuits are not refundable. Poshmark orders are non-refundable and non-exchangeable

Unfortunately, we will not accept clothing past 30 days.

Tiana Bay is not liable for any return packages that may become lost or stolen in transit. Please keep your proof of postage and/or return tracking number when shipping back your returns.

As with returns, we ask that exchanges be unworn, unscented with original tags attached.

Once the item is received and inspected, we can send you an appropriate size if available. If the size is unavailable, we will refund your payment to the original method.

We do recommend purchasing the item you do want while we process the exchange to ensure you receive your item.

We will cover the first return or exchange. However, should you require subsequent shipping costs, you will be required to pay for additional returns. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
