At Tiana Bay, we design with care—and we want you to love every piece as much as we do. But if something doesn’t work out, we’ve made the return process as smooth and stress-free as possible.
Free Returns Within 30 Days
If you’re not completely satisfied with your order, you may return it within 30 days of the order date for a full refund.
To be eligible, all items must be:

Unworn, unwashed, and undamaged

In original packaging with tags attached

We’ll send you:

Simple instructions to complete the return
We cover the initial shipping cost for returns. Any additional return shipments are the customer’s responsibility and will be deducted from the refund.
Note: Returns that are sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive an item that is defective or damaged, please contact us immediately within 24–48 hours of delivery. We'll prioritize your issue and work quickly to make it right.
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll process your refund within 3 business days.
Please allow 5–7 business days for the refund to reflect on your original payment method.
Tiana Bay reserves the right to deny refunds for items that do not meet our return standards.

Returns must be received by Tiana Bay within the 30-day window—not just postmarked.

Items must be in their original condition. Refund decisions are at the discretion of Tiana Bay Boutiques.

Shoes must be returned in the original, undamaged shoebox. Please do not apply shipping labels directly to the shoebox.

Final Sale items (including bodysuits and items marked as final sale) are not eligible for return or exchange.

Items purchased with a 30% discount or more, or during promotional sale events (e.g., Semi-Annual Sale, Black Friday, End-of-Year Clearance), are eligible for store credit or exchange only, unless defective.
Preorder Policy
We proudly offer exclusive, limited-edition designs available through preorder. Because each preorder item is made-to-order with premium craftsmanship, these orders operate under a slightly different return policy:

Preorder items are eligible for 100% moneyback. Once it ships, you have 30 days from delivery to refund your fund

If a preorder item is damaged, we will offer a replacement, repair, or full refund.

Please review product details carefully before placing a preorder. Production timelines will be noted on the product page.
