At Tiana Bay, we aim to make your shopping experience effortless from the moment you order to the moment your package arrives.

Order Confirmation & Processing

After placing your order, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your order details. Once your order ships, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. A final delivery notification will be emailed once your order is marked as delivered.

Please note: In rare cases, additional processing time may be needed. If so, we’ll notify you promptly.

We process most orders within 24–48 hours, Monday through Friday (excluding holidays).

Shipping Options

Free Standard Shipping

  • We offer free shipping on all U.S. orders (excluding certain territories).

  • Carriers: USPS or UPS, depending on location and delivery speed.

Express Shipping

  • Choose UPS Next Day Air® for faster delivery.

  • Orders placed before 2:00 PM EST (Mon–Fri) ship the same day.

  • Orders placed after 2:00 PM EST ship the next business day.

  • Express shipping is not free; rates are calculated at checkout.

Signature Requirement

  • If you’d like to require a signature upon delivery, please include a note in your order at checkout.

Inventory Availability

In the rare event that an item in your order is out of stock, we’ll notify you and issue a full refund for that item. Refunds typically appear on your bank or credit card statement within 7–10 business days, depending on your financial institution.

 

Shipping Restrictions

We currently ship only within the continental United States.
We do not ship to:

  • Alaska, Guam, Puerto Rico, U.S. Virgin Islands

  • P.O. Boxes, APOs, FPOs, or DPOs

  • International addresses

Lost or Missing Packages

If your package is marked as delivered but hasn’t arrived:

  1. Confirm the shipping address was correct

  2. Check all entryways or delivery drop zones

  3. Ask neighbors, roommates, or building management

  4. Contact USPS or UPS directly with your tracking number

If your package is deemed lost, contact us immediately at info@tianabayboutiques.com. We’ll issue a replacement or refund, depending on inventory.

Tiana Bay is not responsible for lost packages resulting from incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses entered at checkout.

Package Protection with REDO

At checkout, you’ll have the option to add REDO Package Protection—a small additional fee that covers lost, stolen, or damaged packages in transit.

We highly recommend this for peace of mind, especially during high-volume seasons or if you live in an area prone to package theft.

Please note: If REDO is declined at checkout, Tiana Bay is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, or damaged during transit.


Preorders

Our preorder items are made in small batches with great care and ship via FedEx Express by or on the estimated delivery date listed on the product page.

Please note:

  • Production timelines and delivery windows are clearly stated on each preorder item’s page

  • Preorders can be canceled at any time for a 100% refund
