Production typically takes 25 days, followed by 7 days for shipping.

Pre Order

Well, we're doing our part on trying to reduce waste but more importantly we're being intentional about our designs.

So, while we wouldn't call ourselves sustainable fashion brand, we do believe that we should take care of this earth that God created.

We can only control what we analyzer and inspect. So unlike other brands that order and resell other manufacturer, we are the ones producing and inspecting our styles before you get it.

And by pre-orders, we make only enough and inspecting what we deliver. But not only that - we can only handle a limited amount which is why we do pre-order for those who want it

When you pre-order, you reserve your dress by paying for it up front. Styles take 6-8 weeks to produce, inspect, package and ship to you.

You'll be notified throughout the process. And if you decide that you do not want your style, reach out to us.

If your style has not shipped, we can cancel it. If your items has shipped, you would need to send your items back to qualify for a prompt and courteous refund.

Yes, simply email us at info@tianabayboutiques.com. If your style has shipped, you will need to receive it and send it back to us for a prompt and courteous refund.

ApplePay and PayPal. You may get offered PayPal Credit or PayPal Pay in 3 - but that's through PayPal.

We don't accept bank transfers, checks, deposits or cash. Just payments via our website.

Pre-order items cannot be purchased using "Pay Later" payment methods. PayPal is the only one that works.

We offer free standard shipping which takes 3-5 business days for delivery. We also offer expedited shipping which takes 2-3 business days for delivery. And for preorders only, we offer free express shipping once order arrives to our wardrobe

Returns & Exchanges

You may return for free, for a refund or exchange, any unused or unworn items in perfect sellable condition and in their original packaging with all labels and tags, purchased through the website within 30 days after the items are received.

Please note with exchanges, we may have run out so please reach out to us.

In cases where the Products appear to be worn or used, are missing any of the labels or tags, do not comply with our Terms and Conditions, or where we have any reason to believe that the Return is fraudulent, we will not be able to accept the Return and will notify you.
