Currently, we ship to US and Canada only.

Orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. Once processed, you will receive another notification when your order has shipped, which is 1-3 business days.

We will do our best to make sure that each order is processed timely especially in light of the holiday season but if we cannot guarantee delivery prior to Christmas, we’ll let you know immediately.

We offer UPS Next Day Air at Checkout. This option is not free, but orders shipped via UPS Next Day Air will be processed and shipped within 24 hours.

Returns and exchanges

We want you to be truly happy with your purchase. If you’re not satisfied with your order, ship it back to us. We'll cover the shipping. For more information, please visit our return policy

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on our products. We ask that all items be returned unworn, unscented, and with original tags attached. Products sold on Poshmark will not be returned.

To start a return, email us at returns@tianabayboutiques.com with your order information. We will send you a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
