How long will it take to receive my products?

Depends on when you purchase it. We ship out of Boston daily.

At Tiana Bay, Quality Matters. We want you to be happy with your order. Once you place your order, your order is processed and undergoes the 5 ✅. This can be anywhere from 3-5 days. Once your order is processed, and ready to ship. You will be notified. We ship all our orders via Standard First Class, and that can take 5-7 business days.

Will I know if my item is shipped?

Yes, you will be notified. Orders are processed within 3-5 days after purchase is completed. You will receive a tracking number once your order is processed and ready to ship. 

I never received my item!

Generally, once an item is processed and shipped, it is now in the hands of USPS.  We do recommend that you reach out to USPS prior to reaching out to us but we are happy to help.

So, I received my items and it does not fit or look as I anticipated. I want a refund. How do I go about fixing that?

All returns will be refunded via store credit in the form of an E-Gift card. Items must be returned within 7 days of the delivery date. Should you find that the order is not what you expect, please email us at info@tianabayboutiques.com or call us at 1-866-901-5347

We will be responsible for covering the shipping costs for the first return only. 

Once the item has been obtained, it will be inspected prior to issuing a refund. Please allow 5-7 business days for us to process your return once it is received. As mentioned on the main page, clothing must be unworn with original tags attached. Items must not have any stains, odors or makeup on it.

Tiana Bay is not liable for any return packages that may become lost or stolen in-transit.

What about exchanges?

Again, I know how frustrating that can be to receive something and realized that it is not the right size. Simply reach out to us either by email at info@tianabayboutiques.com or call us at 1-866-901-5347.

Items must be returned within 7 days of the delivery date.
