At Tiana Bay, our goal is to keep you posted and making sure your items are delivered quickly and without those annoying shipping costs. Here's how we make it happen:
Seamless Order Processing:
- Quick Turnaround: We process your orders swiftly, usually within 24-48 hours (excluding weekends and holidays). If you place your order before 2PM EST, we'll ship out your order same day! Note, there may be some instances when we may need additional time to process your order. If that is the case, you will be notified promptly.
- Stay Informed: After placing your order, you'll receive a tracking number and send updates so you can track its progress.

Flexible Shipping Options:
- Standard Shipping: All orders benefit from complimentary shipping, typically arriving in 1-3 business days via USPS or UPS.
- Express Shipping: For those urgent needs, opt for UPS Next Day Air® and we'll process and ship your order on same day.
- Priority orders placed Monday through Friday before 2:00 p.m. EST (excluding holidays) are shipped on the same day. Priority orders placed after 2:00 p.m. EST are shipped on the next business day. Orders placed on weekends will be shipped on Monday.

When your purchase exceeds $199, you automatically qualify for Free Express Shipping. Expect your items swiftly, within 1-2 business days, through UPS, USPS, or FEDEX

We are not responsible for any orders lost in transit nor are we responsible for any damages that may be caused while in transit via USPS, UPS or FEDEX. If your package is lost, please contact your nearest USPS, UPS or FEDEX to provide them with the tracking number provided to you once your item has shipped.
We are not responsible for any orders lost in transit due to inaccurate or incomplete address
While we will do our best to accommodate, we cannot guarantee we will be able to replace your package because it was lost, it is a risk we all take when ordering online. It is rare but be aware this can happen.
If you would like to request a SIGNATURE REQUIREMENT. Please include it in the notes of your order and so you can ensure your package gets delivered safely.
If an item is found to be no longer in stock from your order date, we will issue a refund for that item at the time of shipment and inform you in a timely matter. Please allow a standard 7-10 business days to see the refund post to your bank account.
In an effort to expedite shipping, your shipment may be divided. You will not be charged additional shipping on those orders but you will receive a separate tracking number and notification once your item has shipped.
