We process orders between Monday and Friday. In light of the COVID pandemic and to ensure quality is provided with to each and every order, please allow up to 5 business days to process your order from the order dateAll orders are shipped via USPS. Tracking Code Will Be Provided Once Item is Shipped. Please note that we don't ship on weekends.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Once you place your order, please allow up to 5 business days to process your orders. We take your health seriously, and are taking all the necessary precaution such as practicing hand hygiene, disinfecting stations and packages and handing your product care

For products that are in high demand, these orders can be delayed. You will be notified regarding the status updates on these items. These orders will ship free and will specify that on the product page.

If the order page does not specify, you will receive your order contingent on the USPS.

USPS First Class (6.00 Flat Fee): 1-3 Business Day Delivery.

Please Note: First Class Shipping is not guaranteed as we are not responsible for any delays caused by the USPS. Please allow a 1-3 business day time frame for us to process your order from the day the order is placed. 

We are not responsible for any orders lost in transit nor are we responsible for any damages that may be caused while in transit via USPS. If your package is lost, please contact your nearest USPS post office to provide them with the tracking number provided to you once your item has shipped.

While we will do our best to accommodate, we can guarantee we will be able to replace your package because it was lost, it is a risk we all take when ordering online. It is rare but be aware this can happen.

If you would like to request a SIGNATURE REQUIREMENT. Please include it in the notes of your order and so you can ensure your package gets delivered safely.

If an item is found to be no longer in stock from your order date, we will issue a refund for that item at the time of shipment and inform you immediately. Please allow a standard 7-10 business days to see the refund post to your bank account.

In an effort to expedite shipping, your shipment may be divided. You will not be charged additional shipping on those orders but you will receive a separate tracking number and notification once your item has shipped.
