Order Confirmation:
After placing your order, you will receive an email with your order details. Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking number. You will also be notified vial email upon delivery of your order. Note, there may be some instances when we may need additional time to process your order. If that is the case, you will be notified promptly.Seamless Order Processing and Delivery Schedule:
We process your orders swiftly, usually within 24-48 hours (excluding weekends and holidays). To help you plan your purchase, please note the following schedule
- Order Cutoff Time: 12:00 PM Eastern Standard Time
- Order Handling Time: 0 - 1 Business Days (Monday - Friday)
- Transit Time: 2-5 Business Days (Monday - Saturday)
We also offer Express Shipping and Priority Orders
- Express Shipping: For those urgent needs, opt for UPS Next Day Air® and we'll process and ship your order on same day.
- Priority orders placed Monday through Friday before 2:00 p.m. EST (excluding holidays) are shipped on the same day. Priority orders placed after 2:00 p.m. EST are shipped on the next business day. Orders placed on weekends will be shipped on Monday.
We are not responsible for any delays caused by the USPS or UPS
If you would like to request a SIGNATURE REQUIREMENT. Please include it in the notes of your order and so you can ensure your package gets delivered safely.
If an item is found to be no longer in stock from your order date, we will issue a refund for that item and inform you promptly. Depending on your bank, please allow a standard 7-10 business days to see the refund post to your account.
Shipping Carriers:
We partner with USPS and UPS to ensure timely and safe delivery. All domestic orders from Tiana Bay comes with Free Shipping.
Shipping Location:
We offer free shipping within the United States, excluding Alaska, Guam, Puerto Rico, the Virgin Islands, P.O Boxes, APOs, FPOs, and DPOs due to carrier restrictions.
We also do not ship internationally.
Lost Packages
If your package is marked as delivered ut you haven't received it, please:
1. Verify the shipping address
2. Check all possible delivery locations at your residence
3. Ask neighbors or family members if they have your package.
4. Contact the shipping courier with your tracking number to initiate a claim.
If your package is officially lost, contact us immediately. Depending on inventory, we can either reship or refund your order.
We are not responsible for any orders lost in transit due to inaccurate or incomplete address
