We want you to adore every piece you purchase from us. That's why we offer a hassle-free return policy to ensure your complete satisfaction.

Try It, Love It, or Return It:

  • Risk-Free Shopping: You have 20 days from receipt of your order to decide if your new items make you look and feel as feminine and classy as you deserve. If for any reason you're not head over heels in love with your purchase, you can easily send it back to us.
  • Effortless Returns: We've got you covered! We'll provide you with a prepaid return label. Simply pack the items securely, attach the label, and drop it off at your nearest UPS or post office.
  • Quick Refunds: Once we receive your returned items, we'll process your refund promptly, so you're not left waiting.

A Few Things to Keep in Mind:

  • Sale Items: Please note that all sale items are final sale and cannot be returned for a refund.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable and will be deducted from your refund for mailed returns unless if you opt for store credit. 
  • Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

  • We ask that items are mailed back within 7 days of return requests

Once your product is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval and refund you the cost of the original payment method. This may take up to 1-3 business days to process your return, and 5-7 business to appear on your bank statement. You will be notified each step of the way. Please note it may take time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Return must be received by the boutique within the 20-day window. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Note, we have the right to reject your return if it does not meet our policy standard. 

Sale items are non-refundable. All lingerie and bodysuits are not refundable. Poshmark orders are non-refundable and non-exchangeable

Unfortunately, we will not accept items past 20 days.

Tiana Bay is not liable for any packages that may become lost or stolen in transit.  Please keep your proof of postage and/or return tracking number when shipping back your returns. It is the customer's responsibility for entering the correct delivery address for your package. Any returned packages will be subject to returned shipping fees.

As with returns, we ask that exchanges be unworn, unscented with original tags attached.

Once the item is received and inspected, we can send you an appropriate size if available. If the size is unavailable, we will refund your payment to the original method.

We do recommend purchasing the item you do want while we process the exchange to ensure you receive your item.

You are responsible for all shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
