We want you to be satisfied. So, if you get an item and it wasn't what you expected. Happy to help!
If you do not have your order number, simply call us at 1-866-901-5347 or email us at email@example.com and we would be happy to help you.
We offer a 7-day Money Back Guarantee. In order for you to qualify, we ask that items be sent back in its original condition with tags still attached. To initiate a return, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org. We must receive your request within 7 days of delivery date to be eligible for a store credit.
Clothing must be scent free, unworn, and unwashed with original tags attached
Shoe returns must be in new, unworn condition, and must include the original shoe box.
Once your product is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your store credit. Please allow 5-7 business to process your items.
After 7 days, items can be returned for store credit. Unfortunately, we will not accept clothing past 30 days.
All lingerie and bodysuits are not refundable.
Sale items are non-refundable
Tiana Bay is not liable for any return packages that may become lost or stolen in transit. Please keep your proof of postage and/or return tracking number when shipping back your returns.
Damaged? Oh no!
If you receive an item that is damaged or defected, please provide a picture of the damage or defected product and send to email@example.com prior to sending the packaged item back and we will provide the instructions for returning the item.
Wrong Size? Wrong Color? Not a problem! We'll Exchange It!
Again, not a problem! We'd be more than happy to help you find the right size. Simply call us at 1-866-901-5347 or email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will provide instructions for how to go about doing so.
As with returns, we ask that exchanges be unworn & original tags attached.
Once the item is received, and inspected, we can send you an appropriate size if available. If the size is unavailable, we can process a store credit accordingly.
We will cover the first return or exchange. However, you may be responsible for any subsequent shipping costs to send items back. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
